Step-By-Step Process To Build Your Custom Home:
1. Plans
Discuss your budget, the requirements as far as bed/bath /living space, and consult on current market trends and market analysis.
2. Lot Acquisitions
Locate a lot to build on (or use your own), analyze the financials and put the lot under contract. Secure financing to build.
3. Architecture
Work with architect to finalize floor plan and final budget. Prepare construction team to plan and secure appropriate permits.
4. Design
Work with interior designer to create a mood board and select custom finishes all while keeping the design budget in mind.
5. Construction
Start with construction and design of trenches, pour the slab for foundation, and complete the roof dry-in process.
During the 2nd phase, the mechanical roughs, frame inspections, and home texture is completed.
In the 3rd phase of construction, cabinet and trim and mechanical trims are complete, plus the property goes through a final clean.
6. COA
Receive final approval aka Certificate of Occupancy and conduct a blue tape walk through for final cosmetic corrections.
7. Final Walk Through and MOVE IN
Walk through the home with our team to explore all of the home’s systems and learn about warranties.
